Administrative/ Human Resource Manager

Under the guidance of the Small Business Bureau, the ADMINISTRATIVE/ HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER is responsible for overseeing office operations and administration. Responsibilities include human resource management and employee relations; logistics and procurement; coordinating and maintaining engagements with key contacts; developing, implementing and sustaining appropriate document processing, record keeping and reporting systems; reviewing, developing and improving policies, systems, processes and standards for effective and efficient operations.
